An Adventure Through The French Canals

written by Terysa August 23, 2019

This week we’re enjoying our canal boat life in the town of Beziérs on the Canal du Midi. The French canals are definitely living up to our expectations as we wander historic, medieval towns, admire the amazing scenery and stumble across a beer and food festival!
Hope you enjoy this week’s vlog!

Just finished binge watching all your videos and reading your blogs. Finally caught up. Thanks for posting such great adventures and beautiful footage! Curious why you chose to not continue on in the Med to Italy, Greece, etc? Though the canals do look very cool.

Hey! We had a myriad of reasons: 1) We wanted to do the French Canals, 2) we love Atlantic France, 3) the sailing in the Med was mostly a lot of motoring which we were getting a little tired of and 4) we prefer the climate on the Atlantic side. Maybe we’ll head back to the Med at some point!
